After 17 weeks of training, nine cooks graduated from the Cathedral Kitchen’s culinary and baking arts training course on Thursday.
“I feel great about graduating,” said Jamilynn Morris, the recipient of the outstanding and hard-working student award, which she was presented at the ceremony. “It was a wonderful thing, and I feel happy that I pushed through.”
Sheena Jones, another graduate, said she was excited about having completed the course and that this was a big accomplishment for her.
