Four groups were recognized for their contributions to the community at the annual "Campbell Cares" awards ceremony on Thursday sponsored by Campbell Soup Company and the Campbell Soup Foundation, which is run by employees.
More than 75 community leaders attended the networking event, which "recognizes and celebrates Campbell's community partners who made a significant impact in the Camden community," according to Camden-based Campbell Soup.
"We're proud to support and partner with so many outstanding organizations in Camden," Kate Barrett, president of the foundation and community affairs director for Campbell Soup, said in a statement. "These organizations provide critical resources and services in our hometown and support the Camden community in so many ways."
