In Camden, Food Trucks Offer Unique Dining Opportunity

Residents, visitors and workers in Camden have a unique dining opportunity: They can walk up to a food truck and sample the cuisine of a winner in last year's James Beard Foundation's American Classics competition.

Corrine’s Place, the prize-winning Haddon Avenue restaurant featuring soul food with a “touch of class,” was one of the pioneers in the debut of Camden’s food-truck industry last year.

Trevor Vaughan, who owns founder Corinne-Bradley Powers’ 34-year-old restaurant, told TAPinto Camden that, so far, he is pleased with mobile soul food.
