Brian Bauerle, Vice President

Brian joined Camden Community Partnership (CCP) as a Vice President in 2020. Brian supports the organizations economic development, infrastructure and park development as well as workforce development efforts. Brian brings a wealth of experience in community development, transportation, infrastructure, public policy, neighborhood revitalization and community relations through his years in government and non-profit management. Brian graduated with a Bachelor of Political Science from York College of Pennsylvania.

He previously served as Chief of Staff at the New Jersey Department of Transportation, Director of Government Relations at the New Jersey Department of Community Affairs and has significant experience in local government.

Before joining CCP, Brian spent 10 years working in the City of Camden as Assistant Vice President for the Cooper Foundation. He was responsible for managing the Foundation’s efforts in the City of Camden related to new and rehabilitated housing, community development, community outreach, food insecurity, workforce development, youth and mentoring programs, neighborhood initiatives and resident driven plans, grant writing and managed more than $7 million in grant funding from both public and private partners.
